This guy was suppose to show up at 4:00 pm yesterday. Was a no show, tells me he will be there between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Doesn’t show up again after waiting for him until 8:30 pm. He only responded to me after I told him I found someone else. That text message came in at 9:15. He is clearly a liar and has no sense of time or cares about his customers! Do not use this company !!

AMAZING is the only word I have for this local company!!! I'm a local small business owner and had trouble unlocking my door this morning. I tried spraying stuff in the lock but it just wouldn't unlock and felt jammed. I called Kittles and they were literally out here within 15 minutes of my call. The gentleman was so nice and professional...It took him less than a minute to figure out what happened and fix it!!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!!! I highly recommend Kittles to everyone!!!

I don't have time to document all the details, but wanted to give a shout out to Shaun for going above and beyond, helping me find a Kwikset pound-in deadbolt cylinder. Absolutely phenomenal service, WAAAAY beyond what you get at box stores. I'll certainly be using Kittles in the future, and hope if you're reading this, you'll go see Shaun as well.
